Having just popped in to buy some bread some milk Some cheese some eggs and something for our tea I looked around to see what I could see And I saw men in a car parked next to me there were Chorus A: Two men in purple fleeces drinking cider Two men in purple fleeces smoking cigarettes Two men in purple fleeces drinking cider Two men in purple fleeces smoking cigarettes I was surprised to see two men In matching fleeces in my vicinity But what surprised me more another man Returned from store then there were three I was suspicious of these men in purple fleece But not enough to warrant calling the police for Chorus B: Three men in purple fleeces drinking cider Three men in purple fleeces smoking cigarettes Three men in purple fleeces drinking cider Three men in purple fleeces smoking cigarettes And as I start to care What these three men are doing there A label reading Tescos on the fleece I see So it is clear that they are working here But in what capacity?
